Damage or defect? Do you have damage and/or a defect to the Grizzly, or to one of the accessories, and do you doubt whether this is covered by the warranty? Of course we are happy to check it out with you!

Do you have a new Grizzly and did you indicate that you have a damage and/or defect in a service request? Then we can indicate that you can use your kamado as usual. This has no influence on the warranty and the further handling of your report. We will help you as soon as possible!

Do you have a damage and/or defect to your Grizzly or one of the accessories, and you doubt whether this is covered by the warranty? Of course we are happy to check it out with you! 

However, we do not make any statements about this by phone. We need photos of the defect/damage + a copy of your purchase receipt for a proper assessment. You can submit a service request for this, we will then reply by email. Please note; a copy of a pin transaction does not serve as proof of warranty. Thank you for your understanding!
